Checkout doesn’t work

Hello ,

 when go to checkout on my products’ page i’m getting  the error "Checkout isn't available in preview. Return to the store preview or contact the store owner." I have purchased the preferred plan already. Does anyone know why it’s showing ( i have many visitors as i already advertised my products ) .

It sounds like the checkout button on your product pages may have been customized through the theme code or through an app, affecting the link it is using to move to the checkout. If you have made any changes to the product page/cart page I would recommend rolling back those changes to see if that resolves the issue.
