Collection Page Sorting Problems

Hope this is the correct place to ask.

On my collection pages, I have drop down options for sort by and number of items per page.

I also have the option to change from grid view to list view.

These all work fine when I'm in the editor, but as soon as I save and go to my live website, they don't do anything.

Would there be a reason the site works fine in editing, but not live?

I'm using a theme I got from Envato Elements called Moltestore and my website is www.killerpops.com

I've tried contacting the theme creator several times, but no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Seems to be working fine for me, except that selecting number of products other than 12 enforces grid view, which is minor, but can be fixed by code edit I guess.

This has been resolved now.

Someone kindly emailed me and let me know it was a problem with a pre-order app I'd installed a little while ago. Even though I'd removed it, it was affecting the site.

Rolled back to a previous version of the site and it fixed it.
