'Conditions' section on a Collection not visible

Hi,

I have 1 collection that does not have the 'conditions' section available.  Please see below,  the Pineapple image has it, but the other does not.,  Can anyone explain how I make 'conditions' available/visible on all collections please?

Hi,
While creation of collection, if you selected 'Manual' then it will not show condition section. You can create new collection with 'Automatic'
