Contact forms are a great way to encourage customers to connect with you and your business. You'll be happy to know that Shopify has a built-in contact form that you can add to your store for free. When you add a contact form, an email will be sent to the email address registered under Setting > General > Customer Email. If you need to reply to your customer, you'll just need to reply to the email.

Once you've created your contact page, you'll need to add it to your menu so customers can find it. You'll be able to add it to your menu by following this guide: https://bit.ly/359Z4QT.
