Our shop uses customer tags quite extensively and we've built a decent amount of logic around them: When they get applied, how long they're valid for, etc.
For that reason, it would be helpful (e.g. for Customer Service) to be able to query the history of tags. For example, when did the tag 'vip' get applied for customer xyz? It might be that one tag gets applied, un-applied and re-applied numerous times over the course of a few months.
I haven't been able to find a solution that lets us query for timestamps of tags.
Would love any suggestions that would allow us to see history of tags on customer level.
