Customize the "create new customer" form in New Order section dashboard

Hi,

I'm looking to make the default location a specific province in the "create a new customer" form in the new order section of the dashboard.  Right now it's alphabetical... but I need it to default to Ontario.  Thanks!

I am also having this problem.  I would like Ontario to be the only option when entering customer addresses.
