Can you please share a screenshot of how your discount code is set up?
Once you provide more context it'll be easier to understand where the issue lies.
Are you entering the discount code "Happy10" within the Shopify Checkout or something else?
Thanks for the context! Based on the screenshot, it appears that perhaps the full URL of the discount was entered. Ensure you are simply entering "Happy10".
If this is not the case and you've entered the code correctly, then I would highly recommend looping in Shoguns support directly to look into this as your discount code is active and set up correctly.

I tried entering the URL and also just "Happy10". Frome google, mozilla, explore....my celphone...many different way.

I have the same issue, I've set up discount with the code, when I did check out, it said the code isn't valid for this item but when I set up discount without a code it works with 10 %

does it mean the discount will only work without code? because I'd like to offer the code to whoever subscribe to my newsletter
Based on the error message you are receiving it seems as though there many be an issue with how you set your discount code up.
If you want the discount to apply to all items, then you will need to ensure you do not have it set up for specific collections or products.

Unfortunately, this is not something that we would be able to offer support on as you are using a Shopify discount code with a third-party calendar application on your pages. DIscounts is not something that Shogun currently has native support for as this would all be handled by Shopify itself. If you are using a third-party calendar app it would be the responsibility of this application as they would be the application that is sending the user to the checkout with the discount applied.
