Why is Shopify still holding my payouts after document submission?

I submitted my documents and shopify still holding on to my payouts!!! If I leave Spotify will I get my payout?? I’ve been trying to contact anyone that can help  but it’s so frustrating there’s no one!!

if anyone can help me pls I’ll appreciate it!!

If you have successfully submitted your documents, then they will typically be reviewed within 1-3 business days (does not include weekends, or regional holidays). There may be a longer than expected delay in the review process if our teams are handling a large number of document reviews; however, rest assured your documents will be reviewed in the order they came in. Once the review is done, the hold will be removed, and payouts will resume as normal unless our teams need additional information from you. 

In any case, your payouts will be paid out to you, even if you choose to close your store.
