Domain Issues

Hello, 

I purchased a domain and verified it on the Shopify, but in the process I changed my store email. It is now connected to the one in which I purchased the domain, but I don't see it in the domain section. When I go to transfer domain and type in the one I purchased, it says domain is already registered with another store. 

Please help
