Hi all,
I'm having trouble with my notification templates being called up when I try to send a draft order invoice.
It seems that despite me successfully changing the Draft Order Invoice template, when I try to send one from the Draft Orders page, it gives me the option of customizing the message to the recipient, but if I leave it blank or typing something in it, either way it doesn't send the template message I set up.
How come it's not displaying the template message I had already set up?
