Duplicated Ahreflang tags

Hi Everyone,

i noticed that in the source code of my shop there are duplicated ahreflangs, and i think this could be the cause of the google crawler messing with the languages of my website:

there's a first ahreflang section that is reporting:

<link rel="alternate" hreflang="x-default"href="https://shop.marinafossati.com/">
<link rel="alternate" hreflang="en" href="https://shop.marinafossati.com/en">
<link rel="alternate" hreflang="it" href="https://shop.marinafossati.com/">

After that there's the ahreflang section added to the translation app:

<link rel="alternate" hreflang="it" ref="https://shop.marinafossati.com/">
<link rel="alternate" hreflang="en" ref="https://shop.marinafossati.com/a/l/en/">

I spoke with the support of the translation app and i've been told to remove the first section of the ahreflang, but as it's quite cleare where the app is adding that information in the theme.liquid file i'm not getting where the first section is coming from

May you help me to understand where the first section is placed in the code and to remove it?

thanks in advance for your support,

Daniele
