I've set up custom email and sms notifications for all new orders, when I click preview in the notification editor I can see the email/sms is set up exactly the way I want it, and they are saved. However the customers are receiving the standard default email/sms notifications when placing orders, as if I haven't changed them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated?
Note: I'm using an app called Store Pick up by zapiet, for arrange pick ups from site, but this doesn't effect notifications, so I don't think its that.
You also have an option to send a test email, if you do so, do you get the same email you get in preview? Also, email templates usually have some conditionals that might change the content of the email based of the data provided, and when in preview mode, data that are used to render the emails are fake data.
