I can't connect my Shopify to my Facebook (shop). First it works but as soon as I refresh the page, it keeps disconnecting.
It started first when there where no products in my Catalog or only just a few - then I Installed the Facebook Marketing App in Shopify (people said this would help to solve the problem with the products in my catalog), but after this, Shopify keeps disconnecting Facebook.
I tried everyting, uninstalled the app, cleaned all my cookies etc, tried to connect through out the Shopify app, but nothing works! :(
Can anyone help?

Does your Facebook account seem to connect successfully, and then if you return to the page it is disconnected again? This disconnect loop is a known issue that we sometimes encounter with our integration with Facebook, and can usually be solved by resetting your connection to Facebook from our backend. I'd be happy to have them do this for you, however if you are using the Instagram sales channel then resetting your Facebook connection will remove any existing Instagram product tags that you may have.
