Facebook page connection impossibe

Hi there !

I saw few days ago that my facebook product catalog was not up to date.
I deleted my facebook - shopify connection. Then reconnected them (Sales channel => Facebook shop).
But now, Shopify tells me that I have no facebook page on my account.
When I try to connect Messenger sales channel, it find my facebook page without any problem...

Do you have an idea ?

Would you be able to confirm for us that you are the 'admin' for the page you are trying to connect here?

 

It would be necessary to be the admin of any business page you are trying to connect, rather than being a moderator, editor, etc.

 

There's more info here from Facebook's own support resources on what page roles are available and what permissions they have.

 

If you could ensure first that you are the admin for the page you are trying to connect, and if so, if you still cannot connect this page we can look into this further with you as necessary.

Yes, I am Admin of my facebook apge at the URL https://business.facebook.com/settings/people/100036877096043?business_id=118227579385651
And this is connected to my account with the same adress at URL https://www.facebook.com/settings

Thanks for getting back to me here with that info, though I am not able to view the links you have shared here as they are within your Facebook account and as such not visible to me here.

 

If you are comfortable with doing so, I would ask that you share a screenshot here of the page roles for your Facebook page showing the role attached to your personal profile.

 

If you would prefer not to do so publicly, you can instead send us in an email via our support site with the same info.

 

You can then share just the ticket number for this interaction here as a reply so I can grab your email from the queue and we can continue to work on this together.
