What is the problem you have with that?  It only shows for the admin and not for the customers of your site.

In that case, adding the below css would help. 

#admin-bar-iframe{ 
  display:none!important;
}

Where do i add this CSS?  Shopify chat is unhelpful all I get from them is "The bar cannot be hidden. Unless you press the x to close it." And this is literally after I have just told them that I had the admin bar hidden for 4 years and it suddenly reappeared and i can't remember how to hide it again.
