Why won't my footer menu update properly?

Hi,

My footer menu wont update properly. Can someone tell me why this is and how to fix it please?

You may need to go to Customize and check in Footer settings which menu has been set in footer.

I have, it's definitely the footer menu. Had a play around and created a fresh menu from scratch and that seems to have fixed the menu I was getting frustrated with. May be some kind of glitch?
