Fraudulent Orders

Hi 

 

I have received 25 fraudulent orders over night, mostly from Mexico and Colombia. How do I deal with this? 

I have tried to contact Shopify customer support but cannot log on as it does not recognise my email.

Also I cannot log on to my Shopify store at the moment and get a "Back Soon" message

 

Help Please!!!
