Google Analytics tracking id

Hi, I am trying to set up Google Analytics and I'm having trouble with the ID. The measurement ID on GA's web stream is of the format, "G-XXXXXXXXXX" but when I enter it in online store->settings I get the error, "Analytics snippet does not look valid (UA-xxxx-x)"

Where can I get the right ID?

Hi. I walked through the article link and don't see a way to get a UA tag. Do you - or anyone - have  step by step solution?

Ive fixed it. Its when you create your account. Step 2 Property Set up there is an advanced options button. 

Expand that.

Toggle the create a universal analytics property

Choose the second option “create a universal analytics property only”
