Google Console Error Warnings

I have searched this forum and have yet to find an "understandable" answer on how to fix the Google Console error codes to do with my Shopify site.   I use Shopify so I don't have to hire a developer. I am a novice and need to be able to address the issues myself.  Please advise how to repair this issue in language a novice user would understand.   : )

My site is.

Below is the product item getting the errors on Console...

"Either "offers", "review", or "aggregateRating" should be specified"

https://artbyalexandranicole.com/products/stunning-oyster-shell-painting-by-alexandra-nicole

I ALSO have 93 "Valid" Warnings on other products so I am not sure if my site is being crawled and folks are able to find it.

Is there a one stop fix to all these warnings or can I ignore them since it is listed under Valid but with warning.

I appreciate any guidance.

For this task, you need a developer or Expert, because it is code error. I can fix it if want to work with me.
If you want to try by yourself then you can try to figure out the error and find a solution using the below link.

Thank you Akshay - I will consider it.  Just curious.  What happens if I do nothing?  I think my site is still coming up in searches.

Also, the link in question, I just realized is really no longer the real link.  I click on it and it is a 404 page.  I transferred listings from Etsy to Shopify a while back and it gave a run on long link for each listing so I had to adjust many of those.

As per your above message, you face the issue with this link https://artbyalexandranicole.com/products/stunning-oyster-shell-painting-by-alexandra-nicole and it is not 404 page. If issue occurs on the 404 page then it is not an issue but if issue is occurring in other pages then it affects on-site SEO and ranking.

Sorry Akshay

I pasted the wrong link.  Google Console has it listed as this...  This must have something to do with migrating some listings from Etsy to Shopify and changing a few links that were too long.  Etsy does not give you the option to create your links.

@Alexandra_Nico1

Then It is not an issue because you are using third party app Etsy for order and product management so if product handle change once then an old link will show 404 pages because they can not reach URL. If the product exists and the URL has change then you can set 301 redirects.

So overall, a 404-page error not affect but make sure that the product is not available in your store.

@CBearman

I have checked link which you have attached with the description. Those products do not contain any customer reviews that's why it shows an error.

Hi @Alexandra_Nico1  I saw some errors still so wanted to try and help you understand them:

Browser console errors, often referred to as console errors, should be fixed, but they don't always negatively affect your site.

Google Search Console warnings / errors vary, sometimes they should be cleared while sometimes they are general suggestions.

Schema warnings are often suggestions. For example it's good to have the key schema like Product title, aggregate reviews, price, etc, but to me priceValidUntil doesn't make sense for static priced stores, and ISBN doesn't make sense for non-book stores.

I address these on a site by site basis and if it makes sense to have the field I'll do it.

For reference, here are your current browser console errors:

To fix these:

1) Click on the file related to the error to see where in the code the error is caused. Then fix it.

2) If an error is coming from a 3rd party site / one of your apps, send them the URL and screenshot and ask if they know what's wrong and how to fix.

For more information on finding and fixing errors like this, check this guide I wrote: https://speedboostr.com/finding-and-fixing-server-errors

In your specific case, you can fix these by:

1) Remove the old Judgeme app code (apps lose access to your store when you uninstall, so you need to remove any assets).

2) Looks like it might be from an app "social shop wave". If that sounds familiar, reach out to them to get that fixed.

Note about Shopify

I'd also like to offer you a perspective into your statement: "I use Shopify so I don't have to hire a developer. I am a novice and need to be able to address the issues myself."

Seems like a close-minded mentality so I'd like to kindly offer a thought experiment:

Shopify is a platform as a service, you pay a tiny monthly charge for a professional store front + hosting + database... instead of creating an ecommerce platform from scratch + paying for your own security and hosting.

It's easy to focus on the negative aspects of something you have to pay for, but it's good to think about reality and ROI. Consider whether you'd rather pay $10k+ for a secure, custom ecommerce website built from scratch + paying for monthly server hosting + CDN networks?

Just like any skill, development takes time to learn and years to master. You can either invest time or money, there are plenty of free resources out there (and here on the forums).
