HOW DO I ADD THE HOVER EFFECT TO THE BROOKLYN THEME?

Trying to figure out how to add the hover theme on my product pages. I feel as if this will give my page more of a professional look. Thank you for the help in advance.

Hover effect is part of CSS, Javascript so if you want to add hover effect by yourself then you need knowledge about it otherwise you can hire Shopify Expert like me.
