How can I make my Porto theme header notice visible on mobile?

Hi

I am currently using Porto theme and I have noticed that mobile users are not able to see my Header Notice within which I have information re shipping etc and therefore is quite important that they should be able to see it too!

Can anybody advice me on how to go about doing that?

@skiller1  i think that theme option to show on mobile or not can you please check it or they hide from the css code
