Help! I got this error on my new store "This store is unavailable"

Hi Shopify Team,

I created my Shopify store a few weeks ago and was working on it when suddenly this message appeared:
"myshopify.com is currently unavailable."

Since then I can no longer connect to the admin. I haven't received any email from Shopify about this error.

I've been working a lot on this store, I hope I won't lose my work.

I would like to point out that this is a new store, which is still password protected. I have never made a sale on it.

It is possible that your free trial has ended and you must upgrade your Shopify plan.

Thank you for your answer.

But I didn't use the free trial. I added my payment informations the first day.

Also, my store was open since 23 october 2020.
