Help Required - Our '£' has disappeared from our prices.

Hi guys, I'm hoping somebody is able to help out...

Despite contacting Shopify, I'm unable to get the £ before our prices to show. When using the dropdown to USD then the $ actually shows fine.

Our currency format is as follows

Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. That currency formatting looks correct, so it likely isn't something in your backend causing the issue. Are you using an app for the dropdown currency menu in the screenshot or is it built into your theme?

Hi Cal,

We were using an app but since deleted it. The app support confirmed that
they had deleted any remaining code left once this was deleted.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi again! Have you tried to install a fresh copy of whatever theme you are using? If the issue persists, you know it's not code related. If it doesn't persist on the fresh theme, this would indicate there is still code on your primary theme that is causing this problem.

And to loop back around, what theme are you using? Who developed the theme? Thanks!

We're using the Debutify theme though they have claimed it is nothing to do with their theme code.

I'm sorry to hear that @CleanerCosmetic. You will need to refer back to your theme and app developers to query why the code is still causing you issues on your theme, or chat with and hire an Expert to investigate and remove any third-party code or fix any bugs in the theme.
