Hi - we have a new Shopify account and we have customer orders that can not be paid to us as our bank details are said to be invalid. The only option I can see is to "change bank details". However to do this I need to enter the previous bank details. When I add these (which are also my current bank details) they come up as 'unmatched'. How do I fix this pls??
