Help with customizing the theme code

Hi!

I would need help to reduce the length of the sections called "text row with icons". I do not want it to be so big. I want it small and neat.

I also need help to add two buttons onto a picture and place it under the slideshow. "Gold" and "Silver". I am paying monthly on my other store but I need to see if these changes are possible before i buy the theme etc. I also have a few other questions. Please help!

I want exactly this to be able to fit on the front page under the slideshow and the "4 rows with Fast Delivery, Worldwide Shipping, 14 Days of return, and secured payment. I want the bar to be a little smaller also to make more size for pictures.

So the Frontpage should be 1 big slideshow, 1 small row with the 4 statements, and under that an image with "silver" and "gold" like my screenshot.

IS that possible?
