Hide "Default Title" on product page

Hi all,

I just saw that a "Title: Default Title" element just popped up on all my product pages (https://reacosmetics.com/de/products/the-january-set

This element is only visible on the German pages (not in English). Do you have any ideas how I can hide this element? I am pretty sure that this element was not visible before. I use the Translation Lab app for translations from EN to DE if this is important.

As already mentioned, I use an app called "Translation Lab" to translate all pages from EN to DE. 

Any ideas how to fix this?

I believe there are separate Products for Deutsch right?

Not sure what you mean. I always have one variant of each product (not more). On the EN page you do not see any selection possibilities. Only on the German pages you see the strange "Default" field all of a suddon.

Fixed the issue: Translated the product options with Translation Lab app (Title (EN) to Titel (DE). This change triggered somehow the visibility of this element. Undo all changes via Translation Lab and elements are not visible anymore.
