Homepage Slideshow not displayed properly

Hi there,

as you can see, the slideshow either shows for a second and then disappears or it`s just white without pictures in it, depending on the browser. 

the shoptimized theme support said it appears that some app is interfering with the homepage slideshow but they dont know which exactly it is. 

I dont want to go ahead and delete every app in my store to find that out, since the customization of those is rather complex

How can I solve this problem?

Hi Richard,

I checked your website and there are these following errors in the console:

GET https://d1liekpayvooaz.cloudfront.net/apps/customizery/customizery.js?shop=spa-empire.myshopify.com net::ERR_ABORTED 401
GET https://flow-electric.de/undefined 404
POST https://api/visitor/set net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Seems like the customizery.js error is from an app. Remove the app and check if the slider is working.

yeah thats the problem, how do i find out which app causes the problem?

i dont want to simply delete all my apps

 and got redirected to theshoppad.com 

from their app portfolio i had infinite options installed on my shop. 

I have deleted that app now, but it seems the problem is still there.
