How can I host Shopify on mydomain.com/shop instead of shop.mydomain.com

I am only seeing posts from 7 years ago where Shopify team has said its not possible to

We have a website, with existing apps, content, blog etc. We are looking to add a marketplace with Shopify.

We want to have our Shopify store on ourdomain.com/shop but we don't seem to be able to do this without Shopify Blocking it and forcing us to use shop.ourdomain.com

Is this possible yet? I also don't know how to open a support ticket or email customer support.
