How can I include resource feedback on the bulk editor?

I want to make sure I understand what you're looking to do, the screenshot you listed looks like it is from the Bulk Editor in the Shopify admin, and there are several error messages shown that you've circled in your screenshot. I understand that you want to display similar error messages elsewhere. Is that right? 

If so, where would you like to display these messages and why is it important to display them? What kind of feedback are you looking to display? 

I would love to know so that I and the community can dig into this for you further and provide you with some resources to support you with achieving this.
