How do I contact a tech person to check my error log?

I have a strange issue. It may take more than 1 min to load my website. I'm a developer and I know the issue exists within the server or some third party app. How do I contact someone to check my error log? Thank you.

This is my store. I've tested it on different page speed websites. Half of the time there was a "TCP connection failed"issue. For example, half random tests failed on https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime,

This is very annoying. Google can't even reach my website (google search console live url test/pagespeed insight didn't work). Please help! Thank you!

Contact support@shopify.com

 

Try testing your direct .myshopify.com domain to see if you can reproduce the issue

If you recently added a domain wait 24-72 hours for DNS to update.

If after that there is still a difference between domain and subdomain behavior contanct your registrar
