How do I create a product page that has hidden prices and a request for quote button

Hello,  I would like to create a product page that has the prices hidden and instead of the add-to-cart button, have a "Request for Quote" button instead.  Can this be done or do I have to use a third party app?

 I made a quick search on the apps marketplace and i found this one and i think that would handle your requirement https://apps.shopify.com/request-for-quote?locale=es. Also this can be done as a custom development in your theme.
