How to embed multiple Youtube videos with overlay images?

Hello,

I have tried multiple codes for this, but can't seem to get the videos to play correctly.

I am trying to embed 9 Youtube videos on a page, each with overlay images.  I successfully get the overlays and videos up, but either they play the same video or won't play on click and know it's gotta be the JS. 

Can anyone point me to a code that works for multiple overlay embedded Youtube videos?  Thanks!
