How to remove "Check if Ship to your Zip Code" from Minimal theme.

I have a Check if we ship/deliver to your address in my minimal themed website, followed by a box to enter the zip code and a "CHECK" button.

I've tried looking for this in my theme code to remove it but haven't been able to.

Any help would be appreciated.
