I am the owner but cant change

Hi I am the store owner but when I try to change payment setting it says I need to be the owner.

can someone help

Hi, @Luxeboutique !

I'd be happy to help with this. It sounds like you may accidentally be signed into another staff account. To see what account you're using, click Settings > Plan and Permissions in your Shopify admin. You should see the different staff accounts listed on this page. Click on the name listed under Store Owner to determine which email address is being used for that login and compare it to the one you're signed in with.
