Could you please tell me more about what you are experiencing so that I can look into this for you? Are you getting the “Too many attempts” error message when choosing the ‘Log in’ option on the Contact page, as seen below? Does it also happen if you choose to ‘Continue without logging in’? Please try clearing the cache on your browser to see if this helps at all.
