I can't log into my store

I haven't logged into my store since August 2019.  I know the name of my store and I get charged the fee every month.  The email I have tied to my store either is the sellers email or goes to an email I don't know about.  I need help accessing my store.  I have an instagram account that goes to it that I do have access to.  I tried calling support but I needed a pin.  To get the pin I need to log into my account.  See the problem.  Please help me

Likely we will need to adjust the sensitive information on the account. You can contact our support channels here. You can select that you currently do not have a store, and you will be allowed to verify with a staff member using different methods.
