I haven't logged into my store since August 2019. I know the name of my store and I get charged the fee every month. The email I have tied to my store either is the sellers email or goes to an email I don't know about. I need help accessing my store. I have an instagram account that goes to it that I do have access to. I tried calling support but I needed a pin. To get the pin I need to log into my account. See the problem. Please help me
