How can I remove a ghost collection from my online store?

I cannot delete a "ghost" collection.  By ghost, I mean that when I go to my collections page, it isn't there, yet it is visible in my shop.

What's worse is that it is connected to another collection. They share the same products and information. I cannot delete the "ghost" collection because it is not showing up on the collections page. It's not there, so I cannot delete it. 

Any help would be amazing!

guess you tried already "everything" like refreshing, rebooting, clearing the browser cache, accessing from a different computer ...

Maybe you have a chance to delete the collection via a call to the Admin API, see https://shopify.dev/docs/admin-api/rest/reference/products/collection. For that you have to create a private app in the Shopify admin and use a tool like curl. But success not guaranteed. If you share the name of your store I could send you a request to access your store see https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/staff-accounts/collaborator-accounts.

Hi

Perhaps it has been set within your theme if it is showing in your frontend. Just confirm the same occurs in different browsers. If it does can you provide screenshots or links to the page?
