I wanna transfer my domain from a store to other

Hey! I had a store on which the free trial expired and now I can't delete it. I set up the domain Im using on that store and now I made a new store and can't use that domain on this new store. Is it possible to transfer the domain from one store to other?

Ted here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us! 

Sure thing, so you should be able to transfer the domain from the old account to the new account by selecting the Transfer In option as shown in this screenshot for example. This is located in the Online Store > Domains section of your account. Are you able to transfer in the domain? If not, please let me know and I'll take a closer look into this with you.

The url is removed and it's bought from a third party website named godaddy.com

Hi @BlueappleShop,

Thanks for reaching out and for letting me know! 

So you should be able to transfer in the domain by selecting Online Store > Domains > Transfer in your domain as shown here. If this option is not available, do you still have access to the old domains admin? If so, you can delete/remove the domain from the old account and after that, add it to your new account by selecting Online Store > Domains > Add a custom domain

Alternatively, if you don't have access to the account, our support here or here would be happy to help.
