IS THERE NOT A HELPLINE NUMBER AT ALL FOR SHOPIFY?!

Does anyone know if Shopify actually has a contact number? This is the most frustrating website I have ever been on!

I don't understand how to use/amend liquid variables in the Notifications tab.
