Improve design of Testimonials custom section

Hello! I recently created a custom liquid section for Testimonials for new dev site here: https://1x4sxo6lf93041dp-4834263107.shopifypreview.com

Ideally, I'd like to have it a little better designed, perhaps similar to Testimonials carousel section here: https://thedecktool.com/. 

Looking for some guidance! I followed the tutorial here: https://shopify.github.io/liquid-code-examples/example/homepage-quotes ...but sadly no CSS code to make it look better...

use blocks and render it into any slider like bootstrap or silk slider
