Instagram Shopping Will Not Connect - Facebook Channel Troubleshooting

This post is a part of a larger thread that includes current known issues & required permissions to successfully connect to the Facebook Channel. You can find the Table of Contents for all required permissions here.

After completing the Instagram Shopping setup process, you may see “setup incomplete” with the option to “continue setup”. Clicking “continue setup” will bring you to the completed setup page and clicking “Finish setup” loops you back to the first page. 




To resolve this, please disconnect your Facebook account (as seen below) and then connect your Facebook account and proceed with onboarding. 



This should resolve the issue; however, if not, then please reach out to Shopify Support.
