Is it possible to assign a user to accept the collaborator request?

I tried searching for the answer but can't found it.

I'm just a web developer helping a Shopify store owner.

Now, sometimes the apps developers will request a collaborator access to help with something.

Is there a way for me to accept it or for this type of request, only the sole store owner can approve it?
