Is it possible to have 2 titles on one product? Or a subtitle?

Is there a way to display a 2nd line of information below the Product Title? See attached image. I would like to be able to replicate something like this example. I know I can have this information in the product description, but I would like it to appear on my Products Page at a quick glance. 

Title: Amana Tool....
Subtitle: 47104

Hi There!

Absolutely, what you should do is the following:

1. Install a Metafield App like this one.
2. Creating a "String" Metafield that is filled by the Subtitle you want to have
3. Going to your grid-item Liquid File & adding the metafield variable just under product title. 
4. Style as needed

Thank you so much! I have installed the App and created a metafield. I just can't figure out which file to edit. I'm comfortable editing code, just wasn't sure which file required the changes? 

product-card-grid.liquid is that the file I should be editing?
