Issue with API integration

We've used an API integration that our fulfilment partner has provided into their EDI. However we're getting some error messages back from the integration they've written. 


The error we're getting is:


ERROR #5001: Invalid response code from shopify - 302, Found, You are being <>redirected


I suspect it's to do with the way the API is being used rather than the configuration of Shopify, but if anyone can shed any light on the potential issue I'll be able to go back to our fulfilment partner with a more informed response for them to investigate at their end.


I've obfuscated the order number. But the URL does resolve to a genuine order.
