I am a novice Shopify user and so I do not know how to fix this problem. Looking for someone to help! Please see my message/issue copy/pasted below:
For context, I use Klaviyo for emails and a coupon pop-up on my site. I recently noticed that the pop-up was not firing and this is affecting my traffic and sales. In speaking with the Klaviyo support team, they identified the following:
"Thank you for your patience. I've heard back from our engineers and they were able to identify the cause for this behavior. They found that there is a conflict between the CSS that is required by Klaviyo and the CSS that is present on your website.
The conflict occurs in https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0010/4198/9691/t/7/assets/theme.scss.css?v=14286739607454803570
If you show this to your developer (See screenshot attached), they should be able to remove the conflict"

Hi @swallizer,
there seem to be problems with Klaviyo once in a while see https://community.shopify.com/c/Technical-Q-A/Klaviyo-integration-not-working-Brooklyn-theme/m-p/668.... But judging from what I saw from the answer from Klaviyo the solution seems straightforward by changing the !important attribute.
