Local laws for online sales require that i send a returns form and terms and conditions to buyers when they make a purchase. Can anyone guide me on how to do this? Apologies if this is the wrong section.
You can't add attachments to the order confirmation email, but you can add links to your returns and terms pages in the email. I would think that would be sufficient, but I don't know the laws you speak of.
