Why can't I log in as admin on mobile due to error code org.openid.appauth.general - 15?

hello, 

Can anyone assist me pls.

I can't continue to log in as admin to my account (Error: org.openid.appauth.general - 15) is the error code appearing.

need your help ASAP.

This is an accepted solution.

I just found a solution that solves this issue just now so I'm sharing it here.

Cause

Error is shown because the authentication token thinks its expired. Why? Because of the date and time set.

Solution

Go to setting -> general -> date & time -> set it automatic. Then leave the setting, swipe out shopify app (closing) then reopen and login.

I understand you're unable to log into your account on the Shopify mobile app. Typically, this issue is due to the version of the app or the operating system on the phone, as indicated here and here. So that we can take a closer look, which version of iOS do you have on your phone? Is the Shopify mobile app up-to-date? Does the issue persist after reinstalling the app?

Hello, my version is iOS 13.7 and i also tried reinstalling the shopify app
twice but still getting the same issue
