Mail Going To Spam - A Record?

I have my domain hosted on a third party (Hostwinds) and have my website redirected to Shopify. A lot of the emails I send end up going to spam and one of the things I find when I run some of the online tools to check my reputation is they say the Forward and Reverse DNS do not match. What it seems to me is when you do a forward lookup on my mail server IP it resolves to my domain but when you do a reverse lookup on my domain it comes up with due to the A record for my domain ( rerouting to Shopify. Do people have this same problem?

Note to Shopify: It would be boatloads easier if you guys hosted domains including email hosting. Not sure why you wouldn't do this.
