Each morning I download my unshipped orders into a CSV and upload it into my carrier’s software to generate shipping labels in bulk.
In the event of an ever more likely no deal Brexit, my carrier is going to require extra information for each international order such as product description and value, and my company’s EORI number.
My issue is that the CSV I generate from Shopify seems to be a set template that I can’t amend. How do I ensure the information my carrier needs is included within the Shopify CSV?
