Hi, I'm usind debut. Testing out my contact us form. Suddenly I stopped getting responses to my email. This got me wondering. If it isn't a problem with my code...is there a max number of contact us form responses per day? I tried this from different ip addresses too, and still no responses are coming to my inbox anymore.
Is this a problem with maximum number of responses reached? Or is this definitely something wrong with my code?
Spoke with Shopify Support. There is no max number of contact-us-form responses a day. The reason why I stopped getting responses is because the capcha was labeling responses as SPAM. You must disable the capcha. Changing settings in Gmail, Gsuite, or Outlook won't matter. It is Shopify's capcha that is setting the messages as SPAM. To disable the capcha, reach out to shopify support. They can do it for you. Note, disabling capcha may leave you susceptible to bots that create accounts and submit spam through your forms.
